Made Fresh Salads Inc., based in Bay Shore, NY, has issued a recall for all of its ready to eat deli style salads and cream cheese. The company took this action after discovering the products have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
According to Food Safety News, the affected items were distributed via direct delivery to retail stores across several areas. These include New York City, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx.
