Evergreen Fresh Sprouts LLC, based in Moyie Springs, Idaho, is recalling 215 cases of broccoli sprouts. The action follows reports linking the produce to an outbreak of Salmonella infections.
According to Food Safety News, the affected sprouts were sent to three different distributors in Washington between 24 August and 2 September. There are concerns that the products may have been further distributed and sold to consumers.
