Itoham has completed the acquisition of New Zealand based Greenlea Group. The deal is valued at US$450.8 million and is designed to bolster the company's presence within the New Zealand beef sector.
According to Food Business Africa, this strategic move is intended to strengthen Itoham's global meat supply chain. The expansion allows the firm to secure a more robust footprint in the international beef market.
