Valeo Foods has completed a carve-out of its Irish food business. The move sees control of several established brands pass to Hilliard Lombard, who previously served as the managing director for Valeo Foods Ireland.
According to a report by The Grocer, the sale includes a portfolio of popular names such as Odlums, Batchelors, and Jacob's.
