The UK dairy sector has unveiled a comprehensive sustainability strategy aimed at accelerating environmental progress by 2030. Known as the Dairy Roadmap, the initiative seeks to transition the industry toward more sustainable practices.
According to a report by FDI Forum, the transition is expected to require an estimated 2.4 billion pounds in investment. This funding is intended to support the necessary infrastructure and operational changes across the sector to meet its green targets.
