Forecasters are warning that the 2026 El Nino event may be an unprecedented climate occurrence. While it was previously labelled a super El Nino, new data suggests the scale could be far greater.
According to a report by FoodNavigator Europe, the UK Met Office believes this event could be the largest in living memory. There are indications that it may even be the most substantial since the 19th century.
